This form must be completed entirely and accurately for us to provide quality service.
To correctly address the problem, we require a picture(s) of the area in need of repair along with the Warranty Claim Form. If you have a roof, window or door leak, we must have a picture of the inside AND outside of the building to process the claim.
Once we receive your completed Warranty Claim Form and/or picture(s) of the damaged area, we will be able to process your claim.
Processing time can be up to 2-4 weeks.
